Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of delightful moments and a few disappointments. The rooms, with their private patio and garden, just a few steps from the pool, were calm, cosy, and quiet, offering lovely balconies with open views. However, the early morning pick-up for tours due to the location could be inconvenient. The service was outstanding, never missing a beat and always going the extra mile, which added a lovely touch to my overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were nice and spacious with lovely views from the balcony, but they felt a bit tired. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff, although there was an incident with a taxi driver trying to overcharge. The location was peaceful up on the hill, offering a retreat from bustling San Jose, but it caused early wake-up calls for tour pickups. The dining was average with limited breakfast options. The facilities were decent overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel. The rooms had breathtaking views of the city and valley lights at night, were spacious, and featured a fridge, a balcony, and a wonderful view of the valley. I especially enjoyed the small terrace where I could sit out and admire the view. The service was exceptional - the staff went above and beyond to accommodate a special dish not on the menu and were incredibly friendly and kind. The location was perfect for a peaceful getaway just outside the city, offering a pool area that added to the charm. The dining experience was pleasant with a very good breakfast to start the day. Overall, a top-notch hotel with great value for money.
